Shipping Information

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates:
    • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Our shipping provider is Evri Tracked and Signed.

Shipping Tariffs

  • Small Package: £3.99
  • Normal Package: £4.99

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within the UK.

Damages

  • [Your Company Name] is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Note: If the aerosol can spike has been pushed, indicating that the item has been used, it cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@polar-gas.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Send the item back to us using the provided shipping label or your preferred shipping method. Include the RMA number in the package.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at customerservice@polar-gas.com.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Used items where the aerosol can spike has been pushed
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
