Shipping Information
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Our shipping provider is Evri Tracked and Signed.
Shipping Tariffs
- Small Package: £3.99
- Normal Package: £4.99
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within the UK.
Damages
- [Your Company Name] is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Note: If the aerosol can spike has been pushed, indicating that the item has been used, it cannot be returned.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@polar-gas.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Send the item back to us using the provided shipping label or your preferred shipping method. Include the RMA number in the package.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at customerservice@polar-gas.com.
Return Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
